Oh My!

Those eyes, ears, freckles, and smile really do a number on me. He gets away with a lot and still gets in trouble a lot! I took a fair amount of shots during their last set of swimming lessons. I sat on the edge about five feet from where they stayed on the wall. Sometimes I’d lay out flat and even with the edge to take some pictures. Sometimes from across the other side of the pool. All the pictures I took last week the sun was behind the boys. At times they saw me taking their pictures other times they were concentrating on learning the swim stroke. Some of the best ones I caught though where when they’d pop up over the edge to talk to me to make sure I was watching them. I always shot in Aperature mode and adjusted my white balance manual – which was always set to Direct Sunlight becuase we’ve had record breaking temperatures the last few weeks. It was hot (over 90 degrees) by 9am in the morning. The picture above is one of my favorites of CJ (after their new summer hair cut)  from the set along with the following (pre summer hair cut – like 5 months without a haircut) one. I made slight adjustments in Lightroom to each image.
